Ingredients
8 servings

0.5 lbrotini pasta
or pasta of choice

4boneless skinless chicken breast
or thighs

6 slicesbacon
chopped

1 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspranch seasoning
plus more to taste

1 tspgarlic powder

½ tsponion powder

½ tspsmoked paprika

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

2 cupsheavy cream

1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese

½ cupgrated parmesan cheese

¾ cupwater

fresh parsley
chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
Step 3
Add olive oil to the skillet if needed. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Cook in the bacon grease until golden and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Make the sauce:

In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a light simmer over medium-low heat. Stir in mozzarella and parmesan until melted and smooth. Stir in 1 tbsp ranch seasoning and paprika.

Combine everything:

Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon back into the pan. Toss until well coated in the creamy ranch sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan if desired. Serve warm!
