Instructions

Step 1
Cook your rice using your preferred method and set it aside
Step 2
In a bowl add your ground beef, two eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little salt and pepper. Mix well and roll out 6 equal balls and form into patties.
Step 3
Place a skillet on medium-high heat and coat with non stick spray
Step 4
Lay out 3-4 of your patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side and set aside. Repeat until all of your patties are cooked and set aside.
Step 5
In the same skillet, on medium-high heat, cook your onions and sliced mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Make a hole in the mushrooms and onions in the middle of your pan to melt your butter. Add your all-purpose flour and mix and cook for one or two minutes.
Step 7
Stir in your water, add your better than bouillon and your soy sauce.
Step 8
Mix well and bring to a boil.
Step 9
Once your sauce starts to boil, add back your patties, lay on your sauce, cover, and let cook for about 10 minutes until your patties are cooked through.
Step 10
Once you're happy with how your patties are cooked, give it a taste and add salt and pepper to preference.
Step 11
For your eggs you can cook them beforehand or cook them fresh each time you eat.
