Instructions
Step 1
Mince garlic, thyme, and basil, set aside in bowl
Step 2
Heat olive oil in pan on medium high heat
Step 3
Season salmon pieces with salt and pepper to taste
Step 4
Place salmon in pan skin facing up. Cook without moving filets for 4 minutes
Step 5
Flip salmon, cook additional 5 minutes, then remove from pan and set aside.
Step 6
Scrape salmon residue from pan, keeping oil in
Step 7
Add lemon juice to deglaze pan
Step 8
Add pre-softened butter, stir and mix
Step 9
Once bubbling, add the chopped garlic, thyme, and basil, stir regularly
Step 10
Once mix is browned, add and whisk heavy whipping cream, chicken stock, and 1 additional tablespoon lemon juice
Step 11
Once bubbling again, mix in Parmesan, mozzarella, and pasta liquid
Step 12
Boil water, add pasta and salt. Cook for 6 minutes, then strain keeping a portion of the pasta liquid. Set both aside.
