Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Step 2
Place your ground beef in a pan over medium heat and start to brown. Once the pink starts to go away, season with:
garlic powder
black pepper
(Drain Excess fat)
Step 3
Stir in pasta sauce and simmer for 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix until well combined: ricotta cheese parmesan cheese egg spinach (optional)
Step 5
In 13x9 inch baking dish layer (bottom to top): half of the beef mixture
half of the zucchini noodles
half of the ricotta cheese Repeat the layers.
Step 6
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil, top with remaining shredded mozzarella cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
