Instructions

Step 1
Pour the olive oil into a large pan and heat until glimmering
Step 2
Add the chicken on medium to high heat and mix in the seasoning
Step 3
Cook the chicken on one side for about 6 minutes, flip, and cook for 6 minutes on the other side
Step 4
Drain the black beans and corn, dice up the pepper(s) and onion, and dump it all into the same pan used to cook the chicken
Step 5
Sautee for 3 minutes on low to medium heat and add in the chicken
Step 6
Mix together on low heat for about 2-3 minutes and serve
