Coleslaw Chicken Quesadilla

I used leftover coleslaw from my favorite steak taco recipe, and leftover rotisserie chicken to create this quick quesadilla.

Step 1
Place one tortilla in an oil pan talk with half of the cheese, all of the chicken and spinach. Add on the rest of the cheese and fry until the tortilla is crispy. Flip until the other tortilla is also crispy.
Step 2
Once the tortillas are done cooking, remove it from the pan. Remove one of the tortillas, add your coleslaw and then replace the tortilla. Serve
