Instructions

Step 1
Boil noodles to desired consistency
Step 2
Dump in previous nights taco night supplies. I literally used whatever I had in the fridge that was about to get thrown out. I even included a little corn, spaghetti sauce and jalapeno honey cream cheese I had sitting around going bad.
Step 3
Add in cream cheese. This isn't necessary. But made the sauce creamy and toned down the spice factor from salsas and pico. I'm sure plain Greek yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese (see where I'm going here) would work just as well.
Step 4
Add in pasta water if the sauce is too thick. Add small amounts until it's the consistency you'd like
Step 5
Dump pasta and sauce together. Mix til blended.
Step 6
Eat & Enjoy!
