Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place a silicone donut pan onto a baking sheet.
Step 2
2. Add all ingredients except fresh herbs to a food processor (or a large bowl with an electric mixer) and blend until smooth.

3. Fold in fresh herbs gently with a spatula.
Step 4
4. Sprinkle “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning into the donut mould. Divide batter evenly into 4 moulds.
Step 5
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Step 6
6. Cool for 5 minutes, then remove. Slice and toast if desired.
Step 7
7. Storage: Keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze individually wrapped for up to 3 months.
