33.33 gramsfirm tofu

Instructions
Step 1
Step 1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, ginger, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 2
Step 2. Stir in the tofu, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring well. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Step 3. Fill a large shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for 10-15 seconds until just softened, then lay it flat on a clean surface.
Step 4
Step 4. Spoon a portion of the filling onto the center of the rice paper. Fold the bottom over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal. Repeat with the remaining rice paper sheets and filling.
Step 5
Step 5. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place dumplings seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Step 6
Step 6. Serve immediately with extra soy sauce or dipping sauce of choice.
