Instructions
Step 1
Slice the bread, and the red onion, and chop the capsicum.
Step 2
Season the beef mince with some table salt.
Step 3
Fry the beef mince, red onion, and capsicum together in some oil with some table salt.
Step 4
Add fried beef mince and vegetable mixture to a slice of brioche bread and top with sliced cheese, then layer beef mince on top, then close with a slice of brioche.
Step 5
Add some oil to a frying pan and fry the sandwich on both sides.
