Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour and the greek yoghurt until it forms a dough, then kneed.
Step 2
Separate into 8 equal balls and set aside
Step 3
Fry the beef mince until brown, then add the fajita mix and stir
Step 4
Add the beef stock and cream cheese to the beef mince and cook until we'll mixed and done.
Step 5
Flatten the dough into wrap shapes, then and a hand full of grated cheese and a hand full of beef.
Step 6
Fold up the edges of the dough to seal the hot pockets and press down gently.
Step 7
Fry for 6 minutes flipping occasionally until crispy and golden.
