Instructions
Sauce
Step 1

Seperate 5 medium eggs, then add the yolks to a small bowl.

Step 2

Add 80g grated parmesan and 2 pinches of black pepper to the egg yolks. Stir the mixture together.

Bacon
Step 3

Add 200g bacon cubes into a cold pan. Let it sit on low heat for around 30 minutes until it becomes crispy.

Step 4
Add a pinch of salt to the bacon, mix it in and turn off the heat.
Pasta
Step 5

Fill a medium pot with around 2l of water. Add 30g of salt and let it sit until it starts to boil.

Step 6
Add spaghetti to the boiling water for as long as your brand of pasta requires (see the packet. In our case, it was 7 minutes)

Step 7
Remember to stir the pasta occasionally, to avoid it sticking together.

Step 8
Keep 1dl of pasta water for the sauce. Strain the pasta and add it to the bacon. Mix it well together.

Step 9
Add the egg mixture to the bacon and pasta, stir vigorously while adding the saved pasta water.
Step 10

Add the dish to a bowl, and top it off with a bit of grated parmesan and black pepper
