Step 1
Cook rice
Step 2
Heat wok over medium-high heat. Add oil & coat the pan.
Step 3
Add the beaten egg and swirl to coat the base of the wok. Cook without stirring it for approx. 1 min or until set.
Step 4
Once cooked, transfer to a chopping board, roll it up and then slice.
Step 5
Add remaining oil to wok and add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 30ish seconds or until fragrant.
Step 6
Add the Mince and break it up. Cook for approx. 8 mins until Brown and cooked through.
Step 7
Add the BBQ sauce and cook for approx 2 mins until reduced.
Step 8
Thinly cut/slice/peel the carrots and cucumber
Step 9
Distribute between bowls and top with peanuts and sesame seeds. Drizzle with the chilli sauce.
