Instructions

Step 1
Prepare marinade by mixing balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Marinate flank steak with half of the mixture in a shallow dish or bag. Refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill steak 3-5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Rest 5 minutes.
Step 4
Grill tomatoes 3-5 minutes until lightly charred.
Step 5
Slice steak against the grain. Arrange on a plate, top with grilled tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Drizzle with remaining marinade and serve
