Greek Chicken with Lemon Rice

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Season chicken with tsp oregano, all paprika, pinch of salt & pepper, & lemon zest.
Step 3
Heat skillet over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp oil. Brown Chicken, but don't cook whole way through. Put chicken aside.
Step 4
Put remaining oil in pan. Sauté garlic & onion until translucent.
Step 5
Add rice, broth, lemon juice, remaining oregano, salt & pepper. Stir to combine. Bring to simmer.
Step 6
Put chicken on top. Cover & put in oven for 35 minutes.
