Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. chop 2 cloves of garlic. dice tomato into 1/2 inch pieces

Once water is boiling, add pasta to pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, 9-11 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water, then drain.
Step 3
While pasta cooks, heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Open package of shrimp and drain off any excess liquid. Add shrimp to pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, 4-5 minutes
Step 4
Add garlic, tomato, and Italian Seasoning. Cook, stirring frequently, until garlic is fragrant and chicken is cooked through, 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in tomato paste and cook, stirring, until shrimp is coated and tomato paste has darkened slightly, 30-60 seconds.
Step 6
Reduce heat to low and stir in cream sauce base until well combined.
Step 7
Add drained pasta and 1 TBSP butter, tossing to coat.
Step 8
Divide pasta between bowls; taste and season with salt and pepper to your preference.
