Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Add warm water and oil, knead.
Step 3
Cover and let rise til doubled (1hr)
Step 4
Divide dough into 6 (~135g each)
Step 5
Roll into 6 inch logs and fo small stretch and tuck around edges
Step 6
Proof on tray with parchment, covered, 30-40mins
Step 7
Brush tops with water/milk mixture and score gently 3 times with a sharp knife
Step 8
Bake at 200c (180c fan) for 15-18mins
Step 9
Cool completely before slicing
