1 ½ TbspCashew nuts
soaked

½ cupCurd

½ cupOat Milk

1Banana

20gSattu

¼ cuprolled oats

½ tspCinnamon powder
or cardamom powder

1 tspspirulina powder

½ tspMoringa powder

⅛ tspPink salt

Remove the cap of the dates (if there are)
Step 2
Slice open the dates

Step 3
Pit the dates
Step 4
Add the dates to the bottom of the blender. This will allow the dates to soak a bit after milk is added so that they soften
For blending
Step 5
Add the milk into the blender
Step 6
Add curd
Step 7
Peel the bananas and add them
Step 8
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend
