Instructions

Step 1
1.Cook the rice until it's fluffy and set it aside. 2.Chop one onion, one tomato, and three green chilies. 3.Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the onions, tomatoes, and green chilies for about two minutes. * Add a teaspoon each of coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Mix well. * Pour in four beaten eggs and scramble them until they're cooked. * Add the cooked rice, sprinkle some garam masala on top, and mix everything together. Enjoy your homemade Egg Fried Rice
