I think I’ve found my new favorite cozy winter meal 🥧 gluten-free chicken pot pie!!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400F. 2. Heat a tbsp of olive oil in a large oven-safe pan. Once hot, add the carrot, celery, onion and a dash of salt & pepper. Saute for about 5 minutes. 3. Add the green beans and Italian seasoning. Saute a few more minutes then add the tapioca/water, bone broth and milk. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 5-10 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken. 4. Stir in the chicken and peas, top with biscuits and place in the preheated oven for ~20 minutes (or until biscuits are golden and cooked through). 5. Serve and enjoy!
