Garlic Shrimp
30mllight soy sauce
10mldark soy sauce
1 tspblack pepper
1 ½ tsponion powder
3cloves garlic
minced
800graw shrimp
Egg Fried Rice
2cloves garlic
minced
80ggreen onion
chopped
100gfrozen carrots
100gfrozen peas
4eggs
0.25fat free cottage cheese
2 cupswhite rice
day old cooked
30gsoy sauce
30goyster sauce
1 tspavocado oil

Instructions
Shrimp
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients and marinate shrimp for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cook shrimp on medium heat, 2 min each side.
Rice
Step 3
Cook garlic, green onion, peas, and carrots in oil for 5-6 minutes until fragrant. Push to side of pan.
Step 4
Blend eggs and cottage cheese. Add to pan and stir until scrambled.
Step 5
Add rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix until throughly combined.
Step 6
Add cooked shrimp and mix again to evenly distribute shrimp.

Blend all ingredients and store in a separate container until ready to serve.
