Ingredients

6skinless chicken thighs
medium

0.5yellow pepper

0.5red pepper

1.5red onion

1carrot

15mangetout
sliced

2spring onions
for the topping

2 portionsnoodles
Pre cooked

1oil
Chicken marinade

3 dessert spoonssoy sauce

3 dessert spoonssweet chilli

1 tspgarlic
chopped

2 dessert spoonshoney

2 tspgarlic powder

1 tspextra virgin oil

3 tblspwater
Noodle sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Make chicken marinade.
Step 2
Remove any tendons or nasty bits from your chicken and place in a large bowl with your marinade.
Step 3
Slice vegetables into thin strips.
Step 4
Heat 2 frying pans and spray with 1 kcal oil spray.
(5 sprays in each)
Step 5
Whilst your pans are heating up make your stir-fry sauce.
Step 6
Add the chicken to one pan and cook for 10-12 mins turning regularly.
Step 7
In the other pan fry veg for 5-8 minutes and add peanut sauce and noodles half way through cooking.
Step 8
Serve in a bowl with noodles and vegetables at the bottom topped with slices of sticky garlic chicken sprinkle with your spring onions.
Step 9
Enjoy.
