Instructions

Step 1
Cook sausage to render out fat. Once it's rendered out, and good color, remove the sausage, leave the fat.
Step 2
Throw in onion and peppers into pot, mix and add some salt to pull out moisture. Cook for 5-8 minutes until onions look translucent
Step 3
Add garlic. Let cook for 30 seconds for garlic to start smelling, then stir in.
Step 4
Add oregano, thyme, AP seasoning, and cajun seasoning,
Step 5
Add chicken base, stir. Add tomatoes, and a splash of water, stir to combined. Let cook for 10 minutes to let liquid to cook off.
Step 6
Add cooked chicken and sausage into pot, stir. Add cauliflower rice, stir in.
Step 7
Add smoked paprika, stir
Step 8
Turn off heat, add shrimp seasoned in cajun seasoning. If shrimp is uncooked, stir the shrimp into the rice until all submerged. Cover, then let sit for 10-12 minutes until shrimp is cooked.
