Instructions

Step 1
Cut garlic finely, cut scallions into rounds.
Step 2
Heat up some oil if necessary. Brown pork mince on medium high heat.
Step 3
Add edamame and white parts of scallions, saute until brown. Add garlic.
Step 4
Add 1 tbsp chinese rice wine. Cook for 30 seconds, then lower heat to medium. Add 1 tbsp spicy bean paste, cook for about a minute.
Step 5
Add all other sauce ingredients and the green parts of the scallions. Cook for a few seconds, then taste whether more soy sauce/etc. is needed. Take off the heat.
Step 6
Microwave silken tofu on a plate at 600W for 1-2 minutes. Serve by putting the pork-edamame thing on top.
