Instructions
Step 1
Take an empty open egg carton. Lay a puff pastry on top. Mold puff pastery to the egg cartoon on both the lid and the egg compartments. Use an egg to help mold it in.
Step 2
Next baste inside of lid side only with butter. Do not baste the edge
Step 3
Mix together cream cheese and dill. Form into balls the size of an egg and place balls into each egg tray.
Step 4
Trim pastry edges that overhang and using a beaten egg, baste the edges with egg mixture. Carefully closed the lid and seal edges where egg mixture is.
Step 5
Use remaining egg and baste the top of puff pastry egg shapes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Step 6
While pastry bakes lets make the dip. In a bowl combine 1/2 diced red onion, garlic, parsley, S&P and olive oil. Add yogurt last and stir well.
Step 7

Once pastry is cooled slightly, slice it like bread and serve with dipping sauce. Very good! Enjoy!
