Creamy pasta with Salmon and Lime

A really good creamy, zesty, and fishy pasta dish that my father and I used to make :) I hope somebody else will also enjoy this deliciousness 🥰 Other spices can also be added according to preference :) This version is just the simplest one.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Wash the lime, zest it, and cut it into half.

Mix creme fraiche, fish broth, honey, and lime juice in a pot and let it simmer.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Add the salmon to the pot with the other ingredients and let it simmer.

Check the salmon to see if it's cooked through and taste with salt, pepper and lime zest.
