Ingredients
2 servings

1 cupold fashioned rolled oats

1 cupalmond milk unsweetened
plain or vanilla or any milk of choice

¼ cupnon-fat Greek yogurt
or low-fat, plain

¼ cupvanilla protein powder

1 pinchsalt

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

⅛ teaspooncinnamon
more or less to taste

2 tablespoonshemp hearts
shelled hemp seeds

2 tablespoonscookie butter
or any cookie butter
Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients except the topping ones (cookies and extra cookie butter) until nicely combined. Cover then place in fridge overnight or for 5 hours minimum.
Step 2
Once ready, take out of the fridge, stir well and divide into two servings. Top with crumbled Biscoff cookies and a drizzle of Biscoff cookie butter. Enjoy!
