Instructions
Step 1
Combine apple ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until soft.




Step 2
Combine oats ingredients. Dry ingredients first, then stirring in the milk - adding more as needed to combine.






Step 3
Layer apple and oat mixture in a glass, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the oats can thicken.
