Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a pot in a 3:1 ratio to the rice, and bring to a boil.

Step 2
Pour in the rice and let it simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.


Step 3
Pour water into a separate pot and set the chicken to boil for 30 minutes.


Step 4
Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a frying pan, add the eggs, and stir.



Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste, stir again, then remove from heat.
Step 6
When the chicken is cooked, take it out of the pot and, while wetting it with cold water, shred it into small pieces with your hands.


Step 7
Pour the shredded chicken pieces into the rice and mix.
Step 8
The dish is ready; after plating, add soy sauce to taste.
