Instructions

Step 1
Heat the wok until very hot, add 1 tablespoon of the oil and swirl it around to coat the side. Stir-fry the meat in batches over high heat.
Step 2
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 3
Reheat the wok, add 1 tablespoon of the oil and stir-fry the garlic, onion and sugar snap peas until softened.
Step 4
Remove from the wok and set aside.
Step 5
Add the honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cracked pepper to the wok.
Step 6
Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat-and simmer for 34 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 7
Increase the heat, return the meat and vegetables to the wok, and toss for 2-3 minutes, or until well combined and heated through.
