Honey Chilli Halloumi with Noodles 🍯🧀
Cook noodles in salted water until just tender, then drain.
Fry halloumi in olive oil until golden, then add garlic.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper.
Toss noodles with the sauce, top with halloumi and spring onion, then serve warm.
Servings: 2–3
