Instructions

Step 1
Put chicken thighs in 9x13 baking pan, skin up.
Step 2
Put one or two slices of preserved lemon on each, and pour some of the brine over them.
Step 3
Sprinkle with garam masala.
Step 4
Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour.
