Instructions
Step 1
Combine Greek yogurt and seasoning in a small bowl. Add diced chicken and marinate in mixture for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil over medium heat in large frying pan. Add marinated chicken to frying pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add tomato sauce to chicken mixture. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Lower heat to medium/low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Add cream and butter to the chicken mixture. Bring to a simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with rice.
