Frerogi + Kielbasa Stir Fry

A quick stir fry meal with kielbasa, pierogi, and coleslaw seasoned with garlic, mustard, vinegar, and honey, ready in under 30 minutes.

Instructions

Step 1
Dice onion and add to coleslaw in a bag. Mix well.
Step 2
Add salt, pepper, and minced garlic to the bag.
Step 3
Add dijon mustard, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and honey to the bag.
Step 4
Slice kielbasa into 1/2 inch thick pieces and add to bag; seal bag.
Step 5
Thaw in fridge overnight or in cold water for a few hours, or cook from frozen.
Step 6
Heat pan on medium high, add olive oil.
Step 7
Add pierogi to pan and lay flat.
Step 8
Add contents of bag on top of pierogi; let sit for 8 minutes.
Step 9
Mix together, flip pierogi; let sit for 5 more minutes.
