Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Pat the chicken breasts dry. Rub them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly golden. This step is optional.

In a small bowl, whisk together heavy cream, grated Parmesan, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and thyme until smooth.

Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce evenly over the chicken.

Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). For a lightly browned top, remove foil in the last 5 minutes.
Step 7
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Slice each breast and serve with the creamy Parmesan sauce spooned over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve alongside roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a crisp green salad for a complete meal.
