Instructions

Step 1
Cook the oats, water and milk in a saucepan over a low-medium heat
Step 2
Stir well for 5 minutes until the oats are a creamy consistency and all the liquid has been absorbed
Step 3
Stir in the mashed banana and cinnamon
Step 4
Once the porridge is almost ready, add in the egg and stir for a minute or so until the egg is cooked through and the porridge is creamy
