Cut potatoes wedges and wash them and cauliflower
Step 2
Fry onions with Avocado oil When they turn golden Then add garlic and fry Add vegetables and the herbs and spices Turn and fry, cover for 5 min Add broth and some extra water(1 to 1.5 cup) Boil until soft Blend Serve with toasted brown bread, sizzled with olive oil and salt
