Instructions

Step 1
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the oil until well combined
Step 3
Roll approximately 1 tablespoon worth of the mixture into balls
Step 4
Melt the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add your balls to the pan, pressing them down with a fork the flatten slightly
Step 5
Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes until golden
Step 6
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container or in the freezer for up to 3 months. If freezing, use sheets of baking paper in between each bite to avoid them sticking
