Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.

2. Blend all base ingredients until smooth.

3. Pour half of the mixture into a small oven-safe ramekin.

4. Add raspberry filling to the centre, then cover with remaining batter.

5. Bake 11 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden.

6. Cool slightly, then top with a generous spoon of Greek yoghurt berry.
