Instructions
Step 1
Brown the turkey in 1 TBSP olive oil.
Step 2
Once browned, add in the peppers, onion and garlic and cook until softened.
Step 3
Throw turkey mixture and all remaining ingredients into the crockpot on low all day (or you can simmer on the stove for a couple of hours).
