Korean style Honey Pork and Peanut Noodles

Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil and fry pork mince, mushrooms and sliced pepper. Until browned 5-6 mins
Step 2
Boil noodles for 4 mins then run under cold tap to prevent sticking. Keep to one side.
Step 3
Add garlic and Gochujang paste, fry until fragrant.
Step 4
Stir in Ketjap Manis, Soy and water for the sauce. Bring to the boil then simmer until thickened 2-3 mins.
Step 5
Add the honey and good squeeze of lime. Add the noodles to the sauce and mix to coat.
Step 6
Taste and season with salt and pepper and more water if too thick. Serve with crushed peanuts over the top and wedges of lime.
