Ingredients

1 ½ cupflour
¾ cupsugar
2 tspbaking powder
1 tspsalt
1 tsppumpkin spice
½ cupUnsalted butter

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients in one ball
Step 2
mix the wet ingredients in another ball, then add them to the batter mix
Step 3
in a pan, caramelize the apple pie ingredients, watch when you add the flour to thiken the filling
Step 4
mix the ingredients of the crumple topping, for better result let it sit at least 15 min in the fridge
Step 5
to make the muffin, fill in your muffin tins with the muffin batter, add a spoonfulll of the apple pie filling and top it with the crumbles

for best result, let the muffins sit for 15 min before baking them
Bake the muffins in 425 F for 7 min, then reduce to 350 F for 12 to 15 min. Total cooking time is between 20 to 25 min.

For best results, of bakery style muffins cook the muffins in every other spot, meaning for a 12 muffins tin pan, cook only 6 so you leave an empty spot between every muffin. This ensures the muffins get the heat equally all around hence they rise and cook evenly.

fill in the tins 3/4 way through with the batter and add the fillings and crumbles on top
