Instructions
Step 1
In a small container, stir together 1 tbsp tomato puree and 200ml boiling water per person with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Soften 2 crushed garlic cloves and 1 chilli in olive oil in a pan.
Step 3
Stir dried spaghetti and a ladle of the tomato water on medium heat, letting the sauce reduce before adding more. Continue until the pasta is al dente and slightly charred, and the sauce is sticky.
