Instructions

Step 1
Mix ingredients together.

Bulk ferment on counter, covered for 3-12 hours depending on house temperature.
Step 3
Shape the dough.
Step 4
Rest one hour on counter covered.
Step 5
Put in the fridge for 15 up to hours or you can skip and proceed to scoring.
Step 6
Score the dough.
Step 7
Place in a cold or hot Dutch Oven and oven, up to you. Preheat oven to 230c.
Step 8
Bake for 60min.
Step 9
Uncover and set oven to 200c degrees for 10-15 minutes until the top is browned.
