Instructions
Step 1
Sweat onions in pot with little oil. Add beef to pot and break up meat.
Step 2
Add all ingredients except tomato paste. Bring to boil, then cover and reduce heat to simmer.
Step 3
After allowing the chili to simmer 20-30 minutes, skim off excess oil. Add tomato paste. Stir to incorporate.
Step 4
Hot Dog Chili is ready to serve.
