Instructions

Step 1
Saute diced onion, dice rest of vegetable and add. Sautee for at least 45 min mixing constantly.
Step 2
Fill 8 qt pot 3/4 with water. Add spices and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Cook for an hour on medium letting it cook down a nice bit so it’s not watery
