Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta, strain. Leave a small amount of pasta water in saucepan to help pesto stick to the pasta.
Step 2
Add jar of pesto and white wine vinegar to taste preference once pasta is cooked.
Step 3
Once stirred in, place pasta in separate container and place in fridge/freezer to cool
Step 4
While pasta is cooling, chop Cherry Tomatos, Mozzarella into small pieces and pick basil leaves off the stem.
Step 5
Once pasta has cooled, mix the rest of the ingredients in.
Step 6
Drizzle with balsamic glaze once dished.
Step 7
Optional: include chicken for protein. Add roasted pine nuts for crunch.
