0.5 spice spoonCinnamon powder
0.5 spice spoonCardamom powder
black pepper powder
white pepper powder
1 tspcumin powder
2 tspcoriander powder
2 tspgaram masala
2 tspsabzi masala
2 tspfennel powder
ginger powder

turmeric
red chili powder
dry mango powder
Instructions
Step 1
- Peel the potatoes, chop each in 4 pieces, add warm water and microwave for around 12 minutes
Step 2
- Soak the peas in warm water to make them soft for 5 minutes
Step 3
- Mash the potatoes but keep them slightly coarse
Step 4
- Add salt and mix properly
Step 5
- In a pan, heat up some oil and add the spice mix to it
Step 6
- Roast the spice mix well
Step 7
- Take it off the heat and add the potato mixture to it
Step 8
- Fold in the spices into it while mashing the potatoes even more
Step 9
- Mix thoroughly and put the pan back onto the stove
Step 10
- Add the green peas and give it a good mix
Step 11
- Take it off the heat after 2 minutes
Step 12
- Add coriander leaves and enjoy
