Instructions
Step 1
1. Marinade beef with garlic, onion, pepper & soy sauce over night.
Step 2
Bring meat to a boil, skimming the foam periodically until meat is cooked through and tender.
Step 3
Sautee potato and carrots in oil & set aside.
Step 4
Sautee garlic & onions with anchete powder until fragrant
Step 5
Add cooked meat and tomato paste, continue to Sautee.
Step 6
Add bayleaf & water and bring to boil. Add Coconut milk and continue to cook. Add cooked potatoes and carrots.
Add remaining Coconut milk and stir to boil.
Add bell peppers, cover and cook for 5 min. Serve.
