Instructions

Step 1
Over medium high, Cook garlic and shallots with oil for 3 mins
Step 2
Add diced chilli’s and cook for 1 min
Step 3
Crank up the heat to high, and add the ground chicken, breaking it up into small bits and allowing it to crisp up and cook
Step 4
Add the sauces and long beans and stir for a couple minutes. Add the chicken broth. Because your pan is over high heat, the liquid should cook off very quickly. Add the basil, and stir-fry until wilted.
Step 5
Cook an egg until the sides are brown. Serve over rice.
